NYC

 I always wanted to work in Newyork city which is one of the biggest cities in the world. In Newyork city, anyone can succeed and also neumrous race are there. I have lived in Korea for 21years and had no many opportunities to meet different people. If I go to Newyork, which has lots of diversities, I would be more happy and generous mind to understand difference. Besides, there are a lot of good restaraunts. People can have good meal and a variety of food. I really like Newyork city's freedom and diversities. I hope I could have job in NYC in the future.

Divorces in Korea

 In the past, women didn't have their job, and they made a living from their husbands' money; they didn't have any power in their households. Also old generation people thought divorced people especially women had a big problem, so people who had problems with their spouse couldn't divorce before. However, these days here are lots of working wives, and people don't think divorced people have a serious personailty problem anymore. That is one of the biggest reason why divorces in Korea increased. In addition, young people who don't prepare to stand on society without their parents' supporting have rushed into marriages nowadays. It also helped the rapid rates of divorces in Korea.

Nam-san (Mountain Nam)

 Few days ago, I visited mountain Nam in Seoul, because I had a scenario competition, which was about introducing Seoul sightseeing for foriegn visitors. It was the first time for me to visit mountain Nam, and I didn't know there are really beautiful before I came there. On the way to go to submit, there are lots of spectacular landscape. Also I could see the whole Seoul city's good view. It was amazing;  it is  really difficult to explain in words, and people should take a look at it for themselves. In addition, mountain Nam is one of the famous location for films and dramas in Korea. If foreigners especially asian visitors saw Korean drama before, it will be fun for them to find drama location.

Scary Killer E-commerce

 In Korea society people always pursuit what they do very quickly and conveniently. The online shopping market could succeed in Korea very fast according to Koreans' these impatient characteristics. However, it provoked many problems in Korea, and I would like to write about the problem caused by dwindled small stores in Korea.
 The more e-commerce will appear, the more small stores will disappear. People don't need to go to market, but they instead buy goods at home by clicking at once. Even the price is reasonable. In the meantime, nobody buy goods in the small market, and the owners of small market leave their places. It will arise to make tremendous jobless people. Also, with no purchase, Korea economic will be fallen off. Finally these famous e-commerce will also disappear. That is why Korean government should hurry to make alternative plans for small market.
 People always want to look for convenient lives, but they should be aware the present convenience will cause misfortune in the future.

Traveling

 I would like to introduce the places where I visited before. I've been many places in South Korea but let me introduce jeolla-province first. This bottom picture is taken where I was in Yeosu in 2009. There is an road which connects from continent to island called Odongdo. At that time I went to island by walk , but they had

another options to get there- motor boat, small train called dong-baek, and ship. If you pay only 3,000won, you could ride any transporation. And there were really beautiful even though it was winter.
 Second place is Suncheon. I got a map of Suncheon, and I visited many places with my friend by bus. Also I met one girl who was traveling alone in Sun-choen, and she wanted to join with us. For a while we traveled together. It was fun.

 There were many beautiful scenes, and I played tradition games called Too-ho. The way is if I put my arrow in the bottle, I can get the score.

 Last place is Busan. I visited Busan only 5times in my life, but I visited many places in this traveling. These ships were fishing boats. It stinged our noses from fishes smell, it was nice experience though.

 I also visited seafood market, and I ate raw fish in reasonable prices.

 These days I can not travel many places because of studying, but I hope I could travel somewhere in August.

WHITE = BLACK = YELLOW

 White people are superior than any other ethnics? The answer is "NO!". However lots of asians particularly Koreans and Japanese worship white people. I can understand them because they have different appearances comparing to aisans. Big eyes, eye lids, high nose, tall and so on. Meanwhile it is totally different with black people. Even though they have different appearaces, asians don't respect them. It is the racism. I don't know why the racism is spreaded especially in aisan countries; most developed countries like USA or European countries have no racism. If it has, they would be punished by law. Korean didn't have many opportunites to meet foreigners, so it is not surprising that they have racism. However, it can not be forgiven anymore. As Korea is develping, more people will come to Korea. Koreans should throw away this racism as soon as possible, and they should see people as not skin colors but humanities.

A hard-line policy

 Last year it happened either the sinking by North Korea of a South Korean naval vessel in March, or the shelling in November of a South Korean isalnd. Even China which was friends with North Korea couldn't stop North Korea. It is time to argue that the security issue on the Korean peninsula.
 South Korea helped many times for North Korea- ie, sending rice, foods, and money. We also did business with them for developing their econmoic. Yet, as Jung-eun appeared for next leader in North Korea, they provoked to Korea. It seemed to occur War in Korea again. Why do South Korea always be patient and endure their provocation? We need to prepare to prevent their next attack, and it is time to warn them not to attack Korea again. I am pro-reunification between South Korea and North Korea, but we can not always be nervous and worried because of their next provocation. It should make counterplans to prevent from North Korea attacks.

Who get 20million won for salary?

 The best Starcraft gammer in Korea, Young-ho Lee, ascended the throne of progammers' salary. He renewed with KT for the money which is high up 100% than before. He receives totally 20million in a year.
 When Lee was in primary school, he began to playing Starcraft. He was fascinated by this game immediately, and he played Starcraft all day long. Seeing him who seemed to be addicted to game, his parents worried about him. And they tried to stop him from playing this game. Nobody couldn't stop him, though. When he became 15, he finally entered team KTF. To his parents' surprise, he got good scores and became a progammer very quickly. After all, his parents begin to supporting him. Now, he is the best Starcraft gammer in Korea, and he had good salary and became hero to children who like Starcraft.
 Lots of Korean children play games all day long, and it is very serious problem in Korea. However, as we saw Lee's case, it does not always have effect on negative direction. Adults should alarm to children that addiction of games is really dangerous, but we need to release them to reduce their stresses at the same time.

Green technology

 The more technolgy developed the more nature was destroyed. People are already accustomed to using high technology such as smart phone, and now they can't live without it. On the other side nature has destructed by people, and it expressed earthquake, typhoon, or tsunami to warn people to vent anger. Both convenience and nature are important, but they can't coexist; should people give up technology for nature?
 In the developed countries, scientists tend to make technology considering environment, and also civilan prefer to use that technology. It has so-called "Green technology" a lot of advantages.  People keep being blessed with air-conditinal with air pollution to less effective. With setting up the machine which can change CFC[: destroyed ozone layer(: protect global warming)] into unharmful things with air-conditional, it would not only protect global warming but also make people cool in summer.
 Some people say that it can't solve the main problem preserve nature, it would lessen the rate of global warming though. Before finding the best solution, people are expected to try using green technology for the Earth.

Global warming

 Even if Koreans stop using cars, air-conditional, and etc right now, they can’t prevent from natural disaster that we already have suffered; but they will not face with more serious problem at least. People already destruct environment, so it is natural that disaster often have occurred in earth. However, people should not be discouraged, because they can prohibit worse situation if they try to prevent global warming from now on. As saving electricity, riding public transportation and planting for civilian, also making alternative energy and inventing the stuff which can prevent global warming for scientists, the rate of global warming could be slower.

Suicide

 As we saw late Lee Eun Ju case, social pressure in Korea is very big problem. It is based on Confucist thinking. For example, women should be innocent or men should be always strong.
 I would not like to say Koreans sould pull out this old thinking roots, because it has also good aspects(i.e.)polite) However, we need to accept it after filtering. It would be very difficult for people to change their way to think in short term, so government should make the policy or programs to alarm for people.

 I can see lots of ads showing nudity and sexually-suggestive poses on bus stop or subway station in these days. Some people worry about this, because it may soon look like the ones in western countries.However, it is not surprised that changing and being similar according to become global world. At the first time I saw these sexy ads in public place, I was embarrassed and shy; but I became to be used to seeing them soon.
Companies need to publicate their goods very well in short time. It results in appearing this stimulating advertisements chosen by companies. I think that it is inevitable and necessary, because people also enjoy to see their creative ads. Also, companies can express themselves in the way whatever they want. However I agree it needs some regulation, it should not be a pornography for children.

Working hard equal diligence?

 Comparing to my parents generation, people who were born after 1980 are generally working less and less hard; in my opinion, it does not mean that they are lazy or spoiled.
 The Korean parents who went through poverty before  Korea had an economic power have worked very hard. They experienced that they could make amount of money if they work hard phsically, and they still believe working hard for making their livings well. However, these days lots of young people who start to earn money don't think that working hard is the best choice for their life. They have afforded to have what they want, because their parents made Korea strong economic country. Not working hard but having free time or developing their abilities for them are priority. In addition, it is sometimes more efficient to take a rest for workers than to work all day long.
